What is the purpose of the treatment?

Restaurant Frederikshøj collects and processes only personal data that is necessary for us to provide you with the most optimal restaurant experience with us.

Restaurant Frederikshøj’s purpose in collecting your personal data is in particular that we can contact you before your visit to usifneeded. In certain situations, you may also need to be contacted after your visit with us. Finally, the aim is that on subsequent visits we can provide as optimal a service as possible.

The legal basis for the processing

Below is the legal basis on which Restaurant Frederikshøj bases the processing of your personal data.

Restaurant Frederikshøj may process your personal data because it is necessary to fulfill an agreementto which you are a party, as we provide youwith a restaurant service forconsideration. Similarly, Restaurant Frederikshøj may process your personal data in order to carry out certain actions and/or preparations at your request prior to the conclusion of an agreement for the provision of a restaurant service.

The personal data that you provide to Restaurant Frederikshøj in connection with our provision of a restaurant service to you, we will keep fora maximum of 5 years after your visit with us. Credit card details  are deleted however already  one month after your visit Restaurant Frederikshøj.

Your rights

  • You have the right to have the personal data registered by Restaurant Frederikshøj about you corrected and updated

Within 1 month of receiving your print request, Restaurant Frederikshøj will send it to your postal address.

When requesting corrections and/or deletion of your personal data, Restaurant Frederikshøj checks to see if the conditions are met and then implement changes or deletion as soon as possible.

Store security and sharing of your personal data

Restaurant Frederikshøj protects your personal data and has adopted internal rules on information security, which contain instructions and measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized disclosure and from unauthorized access or knowledge of it.

Restaurant Frederikshøj has established procedures for whereour employees have the right to  access personal datathat we have registered about our guests.

Restaurant Frederikshøj checks the employees’ actual access through logging and supervision.

To avoid data loss, Restaurant Frederikshøj continuously takes back up of our datasets.

Restaurant Frederikshøj’s safety procedures are continuously reviewed in the light of the latest technological developments.

In addition to Restaurant Frederikshøj’s internal systems, Restaurant Frederikshøj relies on external suppliers for our website, email system and payment solution.

Restaurant Frederikshøj deletes your personal data when Restaurant Frederikshøj is no longer required by law to store the information or when there is no longer a purpose for the processing.
