The kitchen at Frederikshøj is inspired by the nature that surrounds us. The chefs are playful, but perfectionists, and they work exclusively with the best ingredients of the season.
You can choose between 2 menus, 7 courses or 10 courses.
Both menus starts with 6 small bites.
Our menus are based on our nearest surroundings.
The majority of our ingrediens comes from Jutland,
but we also choose some from other areas.
To our current menu we are using ingrediens from Silkeborg,
Limfjorden, Gl. Estrup, Hanstholm, Tvedemose, Gothenborg, Mårslet, Samsø, Marsken, Rold, Torup Bakkegård, Frøya.
